Pricing
Prices vary from event to event. Each package is specifically tailored to accommodate your event based on guest count, what will be served and event duration. We begin by charging by the hour for bartending service and then add on anything extra you may need! Check out “What We Offer” for more information about add ons.

Bartending service fees are calculated based on size of event, what will be served and event start and end time. Please note that all events require additional time for prep, set up and clean up. To ensure bartenders are paid for these services, we add 1 hour to all services we provide.

We do our best to keep the cost of materials low by buying in bulk when we can. Please see the “What We Offer” section above for a breakdown on what material fees cover. If you are requesting upgraded tossware or upgraded specialty cocktails, please be aware fees may increase. Prices often range from $5-$25 per guest depending on client needs and selections.

Meier Mobile Bartending wants to ensure to have a beautiful set up for your event. We offer a bar rental as an add-on to our bartending services with a $100 fee. This rental fee includes set up, use and break down of bar set up. Check out our bar set up under "The Set Up" and contact us for additional information on what we bring with us to events!
